Frances Armes – Director, Human Resources

Frances has been working in the human resources field for 25 years and is Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She joined ReD in April 2012 in a new role with a view to creating a global HR strategy, function and processes with a particular focus on talent management.

Before joining ReD Frances worked at Oliver Wyman Financial Services, a global financial services consulting firm. Frances joined Oliver Wyman in 2001, heading up the EMEA region and was heavily involved in the growth of the business – opening offices across Europe and adapting the HR strategy and process to a pan-European footprint. Her most recent role was the Global Head of Human Capital, where she was responsible for the complete spectrum of HR activities and working with the business to provide practical HR solutions.

Frances has also held positions at Mondex (a subsidiary of Mastercard), where she headed up the recruitment and development function and prior to that she spend a decade working in Executive Education at London Business School, running two of their flagship general management programmes.
