Rich Rezek – Director, Global Product Management

Rich Rezek has worked in electronic payments for almost 20 years. He has designed, built and supported enterprise business solutions for a variety of payment types and has worked with telecommunications companies, retailers and financial institutions of all sizes to review their payments architecture, system and process flows, creating simple solutions to reduce effort, cost and losses. In 2001, Rich was a founding partner in a startup merchant processor, building a complete merchant authorization and settlement network, then selling that business to a top 50 banking organization (top 10 merchant acquirer) for its technology in less than 18 months.  He then continued to serve as a member of the bank’s strategic technology team.

Rich joined ReD in 2005 and led the North American client relationship management team, providing input to the design, implementation and support of fraud and payment solutions that enable revenue growth and reduce losses. His customers covered issuers, acquirers, switches, processors and retailers helping to configure both enterprise software solutions and ReD’s managed services worldwide.   He assumed responsibility for ReD’s product portfolio and roadmap in 2011 and now leads a global team of product experts focused on the further development of ReD’s market leading fraud and payment solutions.
